Who we are

Rizio is operated by The Skills Refinery Ltd., a company incorporated in Hong Kong. We provide AI-powered leadership development for first-time managers, primarily serving users in Singapore and Hong Kong.

Our websites are rizio.app and rizio.io.

What we collect

Email address. When you sign up for our waitlist, we collect the email address you provide.

Usage analytics. We use PostHog to collect anonymised analytics about how visitors interact with our site. PostHog runs in cookieless mode with in-memory persistence only, meaning no personal data is collected or stored through analytics.

How we use your email

By providing your email address, you consent to receiving communications from us, including:

• Product launch announcements and updates
• Feature news, tips, and educational content about leadership development
• Marketing and promotional communications about Rizio
• Service-related notices
• Surveys and feedback requests

Legal basis

Email communications. We process your email address based on your consent, which you provide when you sign up through our waitlist form.

Analytics. We rely on legitimate interest for anonymised analytics. Since PostHog operates in cookieless mode with no personal data collected, this processing has minimal impact on your privacy.

Third parties

We work with the following service providers to operate Rizio:

• Loops (US-based) — email delivery and management
• PostHog (US-based) — anonymised website analytics
• Cloudflare (US-based) — website hosting and delivery

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Ever.

Data storage

Your email address is stored by Loops, a US-based email platform. Analytics data is anonymised and processed by PostHog. We do not store personal data on our own servers beyond what is necessary for the operation of our website.

Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email we send.
• Request deletion of your data by emailing privacy@rizio.app.

Singapore residents: You have rights under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), including the right to access and correct your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Hong Kong residents: You have rights under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO), including the right to access and correct your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Cookies

We don't use cookies. Our analytics tool (PostHog) runs in cookieless mode with in-memory persistence only. No tracking cookies, no third-party cookies, no cookie banner needed.

Children

Rizio is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
